The story itself never costs a coin. Coins are for art and extras.
- Every free account starts with 100 free coins.
- You spend free coins before coins you bought.
- Coins you buy never expire.
- You can gift coins you buy to another account. You cannot gift free coins.
- You buy plans and coin packs inside Crestfall Studio after you sign up.
Common questions
What do coins buy?
Character art, scene art and other extras. The story never costs a coin, so you can play as long as you want on any plan, including free.
What happens when I run out of coins?
You keep playing. The story never stops for coins. Art and extras wait until you add a coin pack or your plan adds its coins next month.
Do I get free coins?
Yes. Every new account starts with 100 free coins. Free coins are spent before coins you buy, and they cannot be gifted.
Can I gift coins to someone else?
Yes. You can gift coins you bought to another Crestfall Studio account. You cannot gift free coins.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from your account settings and the next renewal stops. Your plan runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
Can I change my plan?
Yes. You manage your plan inside Crestfall Studio after you sign up, and you can move between Storyteller and Worldbuilder there.
How do refunds work?
Ask within 14 days of purchase and we refund the coins you have not spent, to your original payment method. Coins you have already spent are not refunded. Read the refund policy
Who can use Crestfall Studio?
Adults 18 and over in the United States. If we find an account holder is under 18, we close the account and refund the unspent balance.
